Refund Policy
Affinity Education values transparency and trust in every service we provide. Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure fairness and clarity for students and parents. In cancellations, fee refunds are processed as per the terms agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
Students are encouraged to review all guidelines before making payments. Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions, and the process may vary based on the services availed. We are committed to addressing refund requests promptly and fairly, ensuring that students receive complete support throughout their journey with Affinity Education.
Note: Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
Detailed Refund Structure
- Students have to pay Rs. 10,000 as a registration fee to get an admission letter and secure a seat. If any student intends to cancel the admission, the full amount will be refunded.
- After the admission letter, a payment of Rs. 25,000 must be made for the invitation letter. If the student cancels after receiving the invitation letter, the Ministry & Embassy fee of Rs. 15,000 is non-refundable. The remaining Rs. 10,000 will be refunded.
- Rs. 25,000 is payable at the time of visa processing. If a student cancels after the visa arrival, Rs. 30,000 is non-refundable, and the remaining Rs. 30,000 will be refunded.
