WB NEET UG Counselling 2026 Revised Schedule Released: Check Updated Round 2, Round 3 & Stray Vacancy Dates

West Bengal Medical Counselling Committee (WBMCC) has released the tentative updated schedule of WB NEET UG Counselling 2026. As per updated schedule released on 17th September 2026, one extra date for admission has been included for Round 2 and whole schedule for Round 3 and Stray Vacancy Round has also been released. According to updated schedule, extra admission date for Round 2 is 19th September 2026, Round 3 Registration starts on 28th September and result of Round 3 seat allocation will be announced on 8th October 2026. Stray Vacancy Round will begin on 15th October 2026. The updated schedule will apply to eligible candidates of NEET UG 2026 for MBBS and BDS admissions through West Bengal NEET UG counselling.

WB NEET UG Counselling 2026 Revised Schedule

As per modified schedule, Round 2 reporting and admission day will also take place on September 19, 2026, between 10 AM and 4 PM. The allotted candidates must undertake admission process through allotted institution with necessary original documents. As there are separate deadlines for registration, fee payment, verification and choice filling, candidates need to keep track of dates.

WB NEET UG Stray Vacancy Round 2026

WB NEET UG Stray Vacancy Round 2026 will begin after completing Round 3 admission process. Online registration will be available from 11 AM to 6 PM on 15th October. Candidates need to pay fees by 11.59 PM on 16th October. The verification process will take place on 16th and 17th October. WBMCC will release verified candidate list with seat matrix for Stray Vacancy Round on 17th October after 5 PM. Choice filling and locking will be available for candidates from 6 PM on 17th October to 10 AM on 18th October. WB NEET UG Stray Vacancy seat allocation result 2026 will be announced by 12 noon on 23rd October. Candidates allocated a seat need to report on 23rd, 24th and 26th October.

Who Can Participate in WB NEET UG Counselling 2026?

NEET UG Counselling process will be carried out by WBMCC for qualified NEET UG aspirants who wish to get MBBS and BDS admissions through WB state counselling procedure. This will involve state quota seats available in Government medical and dental colleges. This also involves State Quota, Management Quota and NRI Quota seats available in different colleges as per counselling guidelines. Candidates appearing in revised rounds must verify their eligibility, verification and seats.
