UP NEET PG 2026 Mop-Up Allotment Result Likely Today
The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Uttar Pradesh, is expected to tentatively announce the UP NEET PG 2026 Mop-Up Round result shortly. Candidates who attended the counselling on February 1 and 3, 2026, would be able to check their results.
Those who registered and completed choice filling by February 13, 2026, can download their allotment results today using their roll number, course, email ID and correct captcha.

UP NEET PG 2026: Documents Required for Verification
Candidates must bring the following documents during the verification process:
NEET PG 2026 admit card and scorecard
Duly signed UP NEET 2026 counselling application form
Class X certificate (as proof of date of birth)
MBBS marksheets for all semesters and the MBBS degree certificate
Internship completion certificate
Permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by SMC
Disability certificate and caste/community certificate (if applicable)
Copy of the state merit list allotment letter.

Here is the reservation policy for UP NEET PG 2026 mop-up round:
Vertical Reservation:
SC: 21%
ST: 2%
OBC: 27%
EWS: 10%
Horizontal Reservation:
PwD: 5%
Women: 20%
Freedom Fighters: 2%
Ex-Servicemen: 2%
NCC: 1%
UP NEET PG 2026: Important Points
- Finality of Mop-Up Allotment: The seats allotted in the mop-up round are final. This means once a candidate gets a seat in this round, they cannot request any further upgrades. The allotment in this round is the last and will not change.
- Eligibility Restrictions: Candidates who have already got a seat in Round 1 or Round 2 are not allowed to participate in the mop-up round. Only those who have not been allotted any seat in the previous rounds can take part.
- Deposit Requirement for Previously Allotted Candidates: If a candidate got a seat in an earlier round but did not join, they can still join the mop-up round. But they need to pay the seat deposit first. Without paying, they won’t be eligible for the seat in this round.
