Re-NEET 2026 OMR Sheet Out at neet.nta.nic.in: How to Download Recorded Responses and Submit Challenge
The scanned images of OMR answer sheets along with recorded responses for NEET UG 2026 re-test have been released by National Testing Agency (NTA). Students who appeared for Re-NEET 2026 conducted on June 21, 2026, can download their answer sheets from official website neet.nta.nic.in. Besides uploading answer sheets online, NTA has also mailed scanned sheets directly to students’ registered email IDs. The online challenge window is open for downloading answer sheets and challenging the responses and will remain so till 15th July 2026, at 11:00 AM.

How to Download Re-NEET 2026 OMR Sheet PDF?
For data protection, NTA has provided a Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) system for accessing login portal of candidates. The candidates should follow guidelines listed below to access their recorded responses:
Step 1: First, visit National Testing Agency official website.
Step 2: Thereafter, click on button that says "Re-NEET 2026 OMR Sheet & Recorded Responses".
Step 3: Provide your Application Number and Password (or Date of Birth).
Step 4: Provide One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to your registered mobile number and email ID.
Step 5: Finally, select "View/Challenge OMR Sheet" tab and see file thoroughly. You can also download the same in PDF format.
Step-by-Step Process to Submit OMR Response Challenge
In case you observe a clear discrepancy between your markings done in exam and responses recorded by machine, then you can lodge an official complaint.
Log in to the candidate dashboard on NTA NEET website.
Click on “View/Challenge OMR Sheet & Recorded Responses” page.
Check the list of questions along with their recorded answers. You should put a check mark next to the question number for which you want to raise dispute.
Indicate answer that you marked on physical sheet. You could also challenge any error in crucial columns like booklet code or roll number.
Pay non-refundable processing charge of ₹200 for every response you challenge. Payments could be made online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI.
Click submit and download confirmation page.
Important Guidelines Issued by NTA
It should be noted that NTA has made an explicit statement about fact that phase of challenging provisional answer key is already over. The present period is solely reserved for challenging machine-based OMR answers. In addition, NTA has made an explicit statement that only those circles that are completely darkened with a blue or black pen are considered valid answers. Any tampered or mutilated OMR forms will immediately be reported according to guidelines for UFM.
