What Can be Changed in the Correction Window?

NOTE

If correction impacts the fee, an additional fee will be charged.
Corrections are applicable only after payment of the additional fee (if any).
Only one-time correction is allowed. Once submitted, the candidates will not be able to edit the form.

Step 2: Click on the link "NEET UG 2026 Application Form Correction"
Step 3: Enter the Application Number and the Password in the fields.
Step 4: The filled application form will be displayed on the screen. Carefully read all the details

Step 6: If necessary, upload the photo and signature and Pay the fee, if required.
