The National Testing Agency (NTA) has designed NEET 2026 syllabus based on latest NCERT Class 11 and 12 textbooks. The syllabus includes all key topics from Physics, Chemistry and Biology that are important for medical entrance examination. As per the revised NCERT curriculum, NTA has removed a few repeated and unnecessary topics from syllabus this year.
