MP NEET PG 2025 Round-3 Allotment Result Declared

The NEET PG Round 3 (Mop-up Round) Seat Allotment Result has been announced by the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh. Individuals that filled their option/choice forms are now able to know their allotment status on the official counselling site. It was made available on February 16, 2026, in PDF at the DME MP portal.

Follow these steps:

• Visit dme.mponline.gov.in

• Select DME, Post Graduate Counselling.

• This will take you to the dashboard of counselling.

• Find the notifications/ allotment section.

• Click on MOP UP Round Allotment List (Provisional) MP State NEET MD/MS Counselling 2025-26 (Date:- 16.02.2026).

• Download the PDF file

• Find your name or roll number.

• Note your assigned course and college.

Second Step: Institute Reporting.

Applicants who have been given seats are required to report to their respective institute between:

February 17 to February 23, 2026

Any failure to report before the deadline would result in the cancellation of the allotted seat which counselling rules provide.
