Maharashtra NEET PG 2025: Stray Vacancy Round Allotment Result Declared by State CET Cell
The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET Cell) has released information about the results from the NEET PG 2025 stray vacancy round seat allotment process for admission to degree and diploma programs that lead to an MD, MS or a diploma. This NEET PG round of seat allocation provided successful allottees of 3,402 seat allotments in total across multiple medical colleges. The CET Cell website has posted the complete list of the seat allotments in their database and candidates can check their result/seat allotment from this site. Candidates who have been allotted seats are required to join their respective colleges by February 26, 2026, before 5:30 PM.

Candidates allotted seats must report in person to the respective colleges between February 24-26, 2026, by 5:30 PM, along with:
Allotment order
Documents verification
Prescribed fee payment
The status retention form must also be submitted by February 26, 2026, 5:30 PM.
In-Service Candidate Clause
According to the CET Cell:
In-service candidates without incentive marks will be considered for the in-service quota only after all in-service candidates with incentive marks are considered, as per Clause 4.6 of the Government of Maharashtra resolution dated July 19, 2023.
