The following are important admission regulations and guidelines about NEET UG counselling in Gujarat:

• Appointment of Document Verification: After completion of online application, candidates should take an appointment for document verification and submission of self-attested photocopied documents. It is up to candidates to select their own desired date and slot at Help Centre while printing application form.

• Timings of Help Centre: The Help Centres work from Monday to Friday (10:00 AM to 4:00 PM) and Saturday (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM). These are not operational on Sundays and Public Holidays.

• Regulations for Local Quota: Those candidates who have applied for local quota seats in Smt. NHL Municipal Medical College, Ahmedabad or Surat Municipal Institute of Medical Education & Research (SMIMER), Surat, should complete online application along with separate issuance of a local student certificate by Dean of particular institute.

• NRI Candidate Guidelines: Once done with their online application, NRI candidates need to pay processing charges in form of a Demand Draft of INR 10,000 in favour of "ACPUGMEC" payable at Gandhinagar, which needs to be sent exclusively to ACPUGMEC Office situated at GMERS Medical College, Gandhinagar.
