The Bihar NEET PG counselling for the academic session 2026 will be conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board through their online portal for PGMAC-2026. The counselling process will help candidates seek admission to various PG medical courses such as MD, MS, Diploma, and DNB in medical colleges across Bihar. The seats available in the counselling are for 50% state quota in government medical colleges and 100% state quota in private medical colleges.

The applicants must have qualified for the NEET PG exam 2026 with the required cutoff percentile. They must also have an MBBS degree from a government recognized college. Also, they must have completed the one-year internship by August 15, 2026. Additionally, they must have a registration with the Medical Council of India or the State Medical Council. Step 1- NEET PG 2026 exam qualified students will have to visit the BCECEB counselling website (bceceboard.bihar.gov.in) and click on the PGMAC (Post Graduate Medical Admission Counselling) link.

Step 2- Enter NEET PG roll number, application number, and personal details to create a login ID and password for future access.

Bihar NEET PG Counselling Fees 2026

The Bihar NEET PG Counselling fees is likely to be the same as in previous years. Bihar NEET PG Counselling Admission and Reporting Process 2026

Step 1- Candidates must first register on the official BCECEB counselling portal by entering their NEET PG roll number, rank, and academic details. 

Step 2- The security deposit or registration fee must be paid online according to the category and type of college chosen.

Step 3- After logging in, candidates will have to select their preferred courses (MD/MS/PG Diploma) and colleges in order of priority.

Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2026 Bond and Service Rules

Bihar NEET PG Counselling is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for filling 50% state quota seats in MD, MS courses and Diploma courses, as well as DNB courses. It has been made compulsory for the students who join state quota seats in government medical colleges to sign a service bond with the Bihar Government. According to the previous notification, the medical graduates who complete their PG courses have to return to the Bihar Government hospitals, especially in the remote and difficult areas of Bihar. There will be four total rounds of counseling comprised of Round 1, Round 2, Mop-Up and Stray Vacancy where candidates may receive one final chance at an unoccupied seat prior or subsequent to the above-cited revealed rounds.

All admitted candidates will need to present to the office of admission their NEET PG Admit Card, Official NEET PG Scorecard, MBBS (Degree) Certificate, Internship Completion Letter, valid Government Photo Identification, Caste or EWS Certificate if applicable and passport photo ID.
