Step 2- Enter NEET PG roll number, application number, and personal details to create a login ID and password for future access.

Step 3- Pay the application fee online through available payment methods like Net banking, debit card, credit card.

The Bihar NEET PG Counselling rounds for the year 2026 will take place in several rounds. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) will carry out the counselling rounds. There will be several medical colleges in Bihar participating in the counselling for NEET PG in 2026. There will be approx a total of 10 government medical colleges and 4 private medical colleges participating in the counselling. The counselling for the medical colleges in Bihar will be conducted by BCECEB. Among the top medical colleges in the government sector, Patna Medical College, IGIMS Patna, Nalanda Medical College, and Darbhanga Medical College will be included. Among the top medical colleges present in the private sector, Katihar Medical College, Narayan Medical College, and Mata Gujri Memorial Medical College will be the top options. This deposit varies between colleges, like it is INR 25,000 for government colleges and INR 2,00,000 for private colleges. This deposit is to be refunded at the end of the counselling session if the student has not breached any rules. However, if a student does not join college, resigns, or indulges in seat blocking, this deposit is to be deducted from their amount. This is to make sure that there is a certain level of seriousness in filling out the choices.

Bihar NEET PG Counselling 2026 Bond and Service Rules

Bihar NEET PG Counselling is conducted by the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) for filling 50% state quota seats in MD, MS courses and Diploma courses, as well as DNB courses. It has been made compulsory for the students who join state quota seats in government medical colleges to sign a service bond with the Bihar Government. According to the previous notification, the medical graduates who complete their PG courses have to return to the Bihar Government hospitals, especially in the remote and difficult areas of Bihar. Candidates who have rendered service in these areas for at least three years can also seek special reservation in PG Diploma seats. In case they do not complete their service bond, they will have to pay a penalty according to the terms and conditions stipulated by the Health Department, Government of Bihar.
